On Friday, went for Pweinz event at SIA club. Was not feeling well when I woke up in the morning =..( but still went down with James by taking 966 wow the trip was really fast from west to east. Met up with the rest at Simei MRT.

Did a few rehearsal before we proceed on with the room preparation, then soon guest started to come in. THEN THE SHOW STARTS.

We did a flash mob dance lol – That thing you do, Sorry Sorry and nobody.

Was the first time I dance in front of people the video is out in facebook then immediately when the video is posted up in facebook my NS friend call me.

LOL. at least people appreciate our dance even when they are not there lol. I think we really enjoyed ourself in the event ya?

Immediately when I reach home the fever starts to activate already, Started from throat infection I guess as there are blood stains when I cough and squeeze. Hmmm then went to rest immediately =( till now I still have not fully recover…

Pray for me ya I need HEALING…

Have been watching this show from last last week found it very interesting, I think the moral of the story is even when you do not know anything or don’t have any skills as long as you have love for people that’s all you need =D that’s for the first 4 episode but the later episode i think he turn into a playboy

Packed Week

This week have been a packed week for me. Weekdays was working meeting people and I was involve in a event call Pweinz

I’m going to do something that you never expect I will do. You want to know what I’ll be doing? Come on down to the event let me know if you want to come down ya? It’s going to be fun with games, FOODS, and more exciting stuffs come on down for a party of the year

Hmmm I don’t know how to describe it. Izit nice? I really want to thank them for all the effort they have put in for the people and words can’t express how much I really appreciate them. Thank God for you leaders we will support you with what we can.

After church prayer meet went home to pack and go to Jia Sheng birthday celebration, thanks James for driving us there and before we go to the chalet we went to have our supper at Tampiness:

Had some jokes of the night and I think we don’t even know what we are laughing. Then we went back and rested TOO TIRED…

The next day went to Joel’s house to prepare the food and WOW I realise that I can’t cook I can’t cut pear, I peel potato at a very slow speed… Hmm maybe that’s enough for now don’t want to =~~( lol. But I FINALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE MY FAV MASH POTATO. I am so gonna make one this Sunday will show you guys the process ya? So excited.

Anyway after food prep we went back to the chalet and we got our cup drawn according to our face my was:

Recently one of my sec school friend post a photo V V V V V long time ago, and wow I was still so young that time (although I’m still very young now). Anyway try to locate me in the picture… I think i change a lot in terms of appearance and thinking, I lead a contended life despite not owning all the riches, I lead a joyful life despite all the crisis around me, I lead a purposeful life with a heart to serve people around me and I thank God for everything i have and I ENJOY MY LIFE NOW.

Anyway check this out:

I created a recycle paper corner in my desk, I think it’s very important to RECYCLE to save the trees and the nature. So I decided to start by applying it in my workplace. The paper that is use for the drawing is RECYCLED paper too =D

Recently got an email from a friend, sharing with me how her life in HAWAII studying… I think she should be enjoying herself, hope all is well there and really love to visit the place once.

Oh Ya Oh Ya Recently I got my prayer answered =D Thanks to Lancaster, Daniel, Terence and Wei Xiang for praying for me and of course THANK GOD. I finally got a job after been jobless for around 2 months and I’m starting work tml. Despite the recession I am still blessed with a Job =D

Really Excited cause it’s a different job scope from what I’ve been doing, I’ve been doing sales for awhile in case you guys do not know that’s why I love to talk, talk talk talk and talk. I really want to work hard despite what role I’ve been assigned to and I’m gonna Impact, Impact and Impact =D

Anyway Guys just sometime to introduce to you guys, I just downloaded this software call the Mozilla Sunbird. It’s basically a calendar where you will be able to plan your week or your month. There’s a lot of programs that do this as while like Microsoft outlook calendar, Google calendar, etc and check out my month:

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Although I know it’s gonna be tough and me myself don’t like to plan as well cause I’m a very layback person but I’m going to change and it’s for my benefits. So let’s plan together to fully utilize our time ya? GO GO GO and wish me luck for my work =D

Matthew Event and mens conference

Recently Sunday we had a Matthew event in Pitstop Cafe. It’s a place like mind’s cafe and settlers cafe only cheaper. haha. I really thank God that everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves. Hurray although not everyone is here in the photo. I want to thanks everyone for coming. Really have a fun time with you guys. Then went to eat with Wei Jing and Terence at the Kopitiam. Had 2 Terence for the day one is Terence Ho and Terence Kang. Lol. Went to eat Tou Hua with Terence, Jing and Mabel after eating. Had some bloopers at the Tou Hua Stall, the auntie challenge me to drink finish the whole bucket of Soya Bean and planning to give it to me free if I can do it.

I did not do it the bucket can use to feed 10 house hold, I will die if I drink it all. I will update about the men’s conference during my next post. I wanna thank God for the Matthew Event it really trains my C for my DISC which I’m weak in. Woah God surely put you in your weakest area to train you man. But I will overcome Rah.. Jiayou jiayou

How do you define success in life? By the amount of money you earn? By the fame you got? By the number of Partners you have? So what is success? What is your definition of it?

Definition of Success in Dictionary:

1. The achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted: attributed their success in business to hard work.

a. The gaining of fame or prosperity: an artist spoiled by success.

b. The extent of such gain.

3. One that is successful: The plan was a success.

4. Obsolete A result or an outcome.

Look at 2a) gaining of fame or prosperity, so those without fame or much money means they are a failure?

So what If you have a huge fortune of money and yet have a broken family does not have any relationship with people? Do you really feel happy? Or do you feel empty?

Are you consistent in life or do you need to put up a fake front in front of people to make yourself look good? Are you been influence easily by the people around you to gain their recognition? Are you willing to stand out to make a right decision in front of all the people at risk of spoiling the friendship just to let them know what they are doing is wrong?

Is the life you are living encouraging people? Is the life you are living left down a legacy? Is your life so transparent that you are not afraid people knowing what you do at home or alone outside? Are you a blessing to the people around you? Do you set the right priority? For a man is a slave to whatever has mastered him. Are you a slave for money, sex, fame? Do you have a direction in life? Are you faithful in doing the things that you are assign? Are you a man/woman of your words?

Do you have the fruit of the sprit? love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Do you think you are really successful in life with all your money and wealth, with all the fame? Think again

Today went out with David as he just came back from humanitarian works in sri lanka with his church. Got to know what he did there and I think he’s a change man now after seeing how lesser privilege people work so hard just to earn 5 cents in Singapore.

Then went to the library and I borrowed this book called

Imagine how cool is that? If God is my CEO I will never have the chance to take MC whahahahaha.. Hmm I always wanted to do business and recently in the Leadership camp I have a goal for business which will be able to benefit the church. There’s this table in the Book whcih explains the difference between running business normally and running business God’s way:

After that went to meet my sheep, had a good shepherding session with him and really thank God for him. Really hope that he will benefit from what I’ve told him. I really believe that he will grow and I will see that day come to pass. night people….

12:8 Leadership Camp

Last weekend was a breakthrough for me as i proceed to Standfields Residence for my 1st LEADERSHIP CAMP. Actually I was not prepared to come to the camp as I feel that there’s a lot of things that I’m incapable of and I feel that I’m not worthy to come to this camps as some of the things assign to me I had not been faithfully doing.

But I packed up my feelings and I really want to set aside all the problems that I had always carried and come to this camp with just the heart to spend the 3 days with God.

Jeremiah 29:13 – “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”

It was a very special camp and very different from any other camps that I’ve ever known. We had a total of 7 activities and 2 teachings:

I was really blessed to be invited to this camp, all of us are so willing to share and learn from one another. Every time we have the opportunity we will just ask and try to learn like a sponge absorbing water.

There was this activity where we were to dream big VISION at Henderson wave, it was the first time I’m there under the hot sun we dreamed. The Vision that God gave the unit got us really excited and we really want to claim it and I believe we can do it =D

Then there’s this walk of faith:

Happy Team =D

It’s call the walk of faith where we do not know our end point and we just continue walking and walking and walking and there was a few “devils” tempting us to sit and buy drinks. I was quite bless to have Li Yan and Ze Jun behind us. We learn a lot a lot of things through them and had learnt wonderful lessons from the debrief.

One of the thing that God spoke to me was we do not know when we will reach the destination or when the destination will end and throughout this walk temptation will come in especially when we are weakest (tired and thirsty for the case of walk of faith) but continue to walk along with the people one of the reasons why I was not tempted is because I keep on talking and learning from the people around me and it reminds me to be accountable of your life to the leaders so they can help us. WOOOoo there’s a lot more activities that I really benefit from.

Of course there’s one thing I also really enjoy the fellowship with the people in camp.

God really tested me in a lot of areas and I really thank God for that and I know that when God put you to test in your weakest area it means he want to train you in that area. God assure me although it’s your weakness I’m going to guide you through and make it be your strength. Jiayou =D

During the last day of Camp we have our unit huddle and wow Jeremiah told us what we want to achieve and we all were so convicted and so focus to achieve this. I believe God’s going to open doors for us when we really believe in him. We were just so excited. =D

Let’s Run this race together =D

After the camp, we helped to carry the things back to Nexus and we were supposed to keep the instruments into Africa Room when the room was invaded with HOPE KIDS. Woah they can create havoc =D so young there all. but after a while we manage to keep them in control when we perform MAGIC LOL

I want to thank God for everyone in the camp, although I can see that all of us are so tired but we want to serve and learn so much. I really enjoyed myself with you guys the leaders. Let’s really go out and be the salt and light in the world, LET’S GO OUT AND IMPACT =D

We also invest in another very interesting game I call it the “cao geng” game it’s about office people and they have to find excuses to push away the projects by using excuses and when you have take up a lot of projects you will be promoted and you are out of the game.

We are using these card games as a lesson as so not to use this kind of excuses whahaha.

Exercising Day

Woah yesterday was a damn packed and tiring day. But an enjoyable one, I went for a “exercise marathon” in the east side of Singapore and guess what I LIVE IN THE WEST. Went to my friend’s condo to enjoy the facilities. 1st Stop

GYM

I reflect back on the resolution for year 2009 and it’s to get fitter and heavier by 5 kg and I can only obtain it through discipline which I really need to build up. Did a few sets and sweat quite a lot already. NO AIR CON lol… never mind I like.

Badminton

After Gym, we went for a badminton session, wah got air con one, nice. Had a great time playing with the guys. We finish our badminton when the shuttlecock is damage real BADLY. It might be because we go to the gym 1st STRONGER lol.

Swimming

Last station is swimming and I swam 7 laps. I know it’s not very long but for a beginner I THINK DAMN LONG. Let me illustrate to you what one lap means.

1 lap is as seen on the picture is go and come back. LOL next time I want to aim 20 laps. but it will take a while for me to train. The whole pool only got us inside it’s like we OWN the pool so shiok.

Then went on to sauna, it’s the 1st time I being to it and I was in wet so I was waiting for the water on my body to dry 1st then wait for the sweat. However the water did not dry up after a long time and I realise that I WAS ALREADY SWEATING.. Wow the sweat is like bathing under running water. COOL. but don’t like it whahaha.

Then after eating and talking I went back home cause meeting Terence for shepherding to end the day wooo nice way to end it. Was been fed fully by him and went back home died too tired. Woke up this morning with cramps all over my body. But I somehow like this feeling as it makes me feel I have been doing my best and can’t wait for the service later on. WOOooO

I still remember this post that I place one year ago.. My friends say it put a smile on their face but come to think of it a bit stupid now anyway to put a smile on your face again here we go:

Yesterday went out with ah bang, siree and Cindy... went to marina square to makan 1st den i got myself a popiah... den they asked:

"Popiah eat already will full meh"

Cause i ate in the afternoon and wanna save money... den siree was like:

"don't complain u gastric pain again lo"

erm... ok lo so after popiah session we went starbucks to discuss abt the business we were gonna be doing... but after awhile i need to go schooling so i left and they headed to chinatown i think... and while walking to my school I FELT HUNGRY... but cannot say i hungry to siree or who if not i will get scolding:

"JUST NOW ASK U TO EAT NV EAT NOW SEE LA HUNGRY ALREADY"

So i just kept quiet and go i onli told ah bang whahahha... and during lesson guess what i realli gena gastric pain.. siree and her mouth damn accurate next time ask her give me 4 number ah.. SI GASTRIC... erm what to do... normally gastric pain is because your stomach acid got nothing to burn so it come up to ur stomach and burn your stomach and let you have stomach ulcer or worst bleeding den u DIE... i heard the acid talking among themself...

Acid 1: "SI wei cai let us burn only 1 popiah he think it enough for us to burn meh? he think we shiok meh?"

Acid 2: "Yah la popiah so fast burn finish already den the rest of our time do what burn air ah?"

Acid 1 "Let's teach wei cai a lesson..."

Acid 2: "acid 1 are u thinking what i thinking?"

Acid 1: "i think i am acid 2"

Acid 1 and 2: "It's burning wei cai's stomach time"

And so they went up to my stomach and burn mi... shitty acid... i eat soap and neutralise you then u know... normally i got gastric pain my stomach my arse will normally come out alot of air and it's normally acidic so i was thinking if i sit on the chair and i let out the air will it do any damage to the chair like what acid rain did to our 7 wonders of the world... will will NOT hmm so disappointing...

Anyway after lesson the stupid acid almost killed me... so i went to buy something for them to burn and they were kind enough to let mi off this time...

Strange things keep happening to me like when i brush my teeth this morning i put alot of toothpaste on my brush and when i brush my teeth alot of foam keep forming cause of the amount of toothpaste i put... den suddenly due to the foam overflowing i choke on the foam and i almost die... it's like i vomit out foam... wooo die... shitty feeling anyway i gonna cut my hair later new year coming and after tt i going to help out in paper work at raffles city already wonder how my hair will look like... whahaha CYA....

I am Jobless…. =( I think it’s time to find back myself since ever since I started working I have been placing work in the first place of my life and soon the whole life MESSED UP BIG TIME. Will really reflect next week meanwhile try my best to find another job =D

Friday went to marina bay and try to HOOK UP something while we were waiting for our movie and we saw something of my childhood.

Starting we manage to catch 2 of ELMO. Their eyes DAMN BIG… wahhaha like goldfish. then more elmo was caught.

Looking at their friends big bird and cookie monster who want us to free them SO MUCH… Look at their face they are crying out to me “SAVE ME”

When we were trying our best to save them suddenly something terrible happen to COOKIE MONSTER….

COOKIE MONSTER’S EYES GOT STRUCK IN THE MACHINE…. Not to worry cookie monster’s fan cookie monster have been saved and we managed to save him out of the machine as well… his now save in our hands.

Went to watch the movie UP…

I would say it’s really a great movie to watch although most of the people say that animation should not be watch in the movie. I would say it’s okay esp when you watch it in 3d which you will not be able to experience it at home.

I love the bird and the dog they are really funny. It’s also a touching movie when the old man wanted to fulfil the last wishes of his wife and also lessons learn through the movie. Don’t let the past affect our life in the current we ought to move forward in life and not let the past hold us back. =D

Reminds me of under 1 roof where moses lim will always say the moral of the story. =D anyway

DAD: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the man.
SON: 'Daddy, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the man said angrily.
SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour.'
SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.
SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'

The father was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'
The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?
After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down , and started to think:
Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

'Are you asleep, son?' He asked.
'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.
'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the man. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $25 you asked for.'
The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you daddy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.
The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.
The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.
'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the father grumbled.
'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.
'Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'

The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.
It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $50 worth of your time with someone you love.
Have we forgotten what is really important in life? Too caught up in money, personal
ambitions, and forgot how to enjoy and appreciate the sweet simplicities in life?
If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

Do not leave your wound unattended

Last week I got a abrasion on my feet and I though it’s just an abrasion and nothing much will happen until I notice my feet today.

It turn into some infection when you don’t take care of it. But luckily I got this:

It’s call “Green Grass Oil” in chinese and it do wonders for wounds. It can stop bleeding, enhance the healing process but the only down side is that IT HURTS when you apply it into the wound and I really mean PAIN. But still it enhance your healing. I still remember holding someone down and applying it in my NS camp and tell him WE DID ALL THESE BECAUSE WE CARE….

Anyway Mr Cai is going to teach you some simple knowledge on how to handle a wound:

Before putting on plasters or dressings:

1) wash your hands and DRY IT

2) Clean the wound under running tap water, or use an alcohol-free wipe, but do not use antiseptic because it may damage the skin.

3) Gently Dry the are using a clean towel

4) apply your plaster

But it’s not for all cases some cases it just won’t stop bleeding, or deep wounds that’s where you need to GO SEE DOCTOR and apply pressure to the wounds to stop bleeding.

So don’t leave your wound unattended or YOU WILL NEED “GREEN GRASS OIL” or something even worst.

Reservist

Finally I’m back from reservist and reservist is not what I thought it’ll be like. 1st day of Reservist was quite relaxed as all we need to do is to register, unpack and basically all the admin stuff and get together timing. Was really happy to see almost everyone back in camp although some of us have not seen each other for almost 2 years but the bonding is still there as we have “chiong” and been through all the hardship together. After that we had a jog as a battalion a 1.2km route for the IPPT on Tuesday.

Day 2 had to wake up at 515am had been such a long time since I can wake up at that timing. Took my IPPT was quite happy that I still can get a sliver despite not exercising since 1 or 2 months back. my timing for 2.4km was still quite okay then Macwin tell me

“Eh you never fail IPPT if not you will have this remarks GOOD LUCK TRY AGAIN NEXT TIME” so encouraging

Then after that I show him mine

“Money will be transferred to your bank account” even more encouraging

After that we went for our live range with my SAW. It’s been a long time since we touch our “wife” however the waiting time was real long and we reached camp at around 8 to 9pm. then tomorrow had a heart to heart talk after we clean and bath with Jos and Choong really miss the days in army. Somehow really motivated to train up as well as we also realised that our physical had degraded so much. Almost everyone had a tummy in camp now.

Wed and thurs was our scout training esp on thursday when we went outfield almost die because of the heat. and also realised that really not as fit as last time. Must really maintain my fitness if not the next in camp I will die even earlier.

Overall except for some of the admin problems in camp, I would say I enjoyed my in camp with my “band of brothers” and really hope to see each other despite with all the working life that we need to resume and joshua I will make time for you before you leave Singapore for your studies. Let’s all keep this friendship forever.

so many things I’ll need to do and resolve after my in camp training God please give me the strength to complete and resolve all those things.

Finally decided to change back to the old template I think plain looking better… Recently need to work at the educational fair and it was really tiring the day b4 the fair we worked till 5am just to work on the marketing kit whahaha….

Esp the more than words where the boy and the girl sing together I TELL YOU woah... We said grace before we eat as it's a Christian wedding but we still perform the Legendary YUM SENG and the old people were good at it...

Train toilet hmmm how do they deposit the waste?

1) Traditional method

The traditional method of disposing human waste from trains is merely to deposit the waste onto the tracks using what is known as a Hopper Toilet. The 'hole in the floor' (also known as a Drop Chute Toilet) system where waste is deposited on the track is still in use in many parts of the world.

From the tagboard I can sense that this is Dayana's favourite way of depositing.. BUT DAYANA... let me tell you the disadvantage

crude or unhygienic
it litters railway lines
can produce health risks if the train is passing over a public waterway
Passengers may be discouraged from flushing or using toilets while the train is at a station

and one more..

You cannot use the toilet while the train is at the station cause the people at the station will smell your poo poo... So let me tell you the new way of depositing which might interest you...

2) Tanks

Chemical retention tanks are usually present aboard newer carriages and railcars in wealthier and more densely populated parts of the world.One issue is that the tanks need to be regularly emptied, usually when being attended at a terminal station, or prolonged stop-over. If a train is required in service again within too short a period, the tanks may not get emptied. In this case, toilets may back up, which can result in toilets being closed.

Which means you might not be able to do your most important thing when you are damn urgent I think everyone knows how it feels and I believe some of you even let it out on your pants and you know IT'S NOT A GOOD FEELING.. ^^

Some trains may also be fitted with composting toilet tanks, which use bacterial action to break down solid and liquid waste before releasing it to the track bed by way of a chlorine sanitizing tank.

Today Mr Cai is going to tell everyone the effects of Alcohols..

Hangovers. Headaches, nausea, vomiting, aches and pains all result from drinking too much. (SUFFERING MODE)
Weight gain. Alcohol is not water. A beer has about 150 "empty" calories that provide few if any nutrients. (If you all like belly GO FOR IT)
High blood pressure. Along with being overweight, high blood pressure is associated with many serious health problems.
Depressed immune system. Impaired immunity makes you more likely to contract viral illnesses such as flu and infections.
Cancer. 2-4% of all cancer cases are related to alcohol.
Liver disease. Heavy drinking can cause fatty liver, hepatitis, cirrhosis and cancer of the liver. The liver breaks down alcohol at the rate of only one drink per hour.
Alcohol poisoning. Drinking large amounts can result in alcohol poisoning, which causes unconsciousness and even death. Breathing slows, and the skin becomes cold and may look blue. Don't let a person in this condition "sleep it off."
Heart or respiratory failure. Excessive drinking can have serious results. Heart or respiratory failure often means death.
Other long-term effects of heavy alcohol use include loss of appetite, vitamin deficiencies, stomach ailments, sexual impotence, central nervous system damage, and memory loss.

With all these side effects WHY TOUTURE yourself... If you want to get high you can always find other ways like taking a elevator to somewhere high and you will feel high.. =x Oppps LAME I know...

BTW A pregnant woman should also avoid alcohol, since it can cause brain damage to the unborn child. So for heavy drinkers I urge you to cut down on drinking so much why not drink more water...

Rail tracks are normally laid on a bed of coarse stone chippings known as ballast, which combines resilience, some amount of flexibility, and good drainage.

It is used to distribute the load from the railroad ties, and also to keep down vegetation that might interfere with the track structure. This also serves to hold the track in place as the trains roll by.

Hmmm don't really understand what's going on as no sub and I was quite sleepy... LOL... After the show all say damn nice but for me I think it was okay.. Mixed Vege Store

Mixed vegetable rice store is what most Singaporean like cause it's budget and you can eat what you like or maybe it's the most similar to home cooking... But just how did they charge people for some store they just don't indicate... MR CAI is going to experiment...

So what I did was I ordered the same dishes as the person in front of me and act an innocent face and say "hw much?" and my eyes was filled with tears telling the person to charge me cheaper.. and Guess what?

IT WAS CHEAPER BY 50 cents.. LOL... But don't try it at all stores it won't work.. so the next time you pay for your meal make sure your eyes are wet and big... but not too big cause might scare the person and might charge you more.. LOL...

Yesterday went basketball with Jing and Terence... It's been a long time since I played due to my BUSY schedule ^^ anyway yesterday's basketball was rough REAL rough I mean.. So scary.. After that went on to try out Jing's HP.. Omnia... and tried the Smile Detection function... Terence smile a few times and it did not recognise his smile but MINE it did.. CAUSE MY SMILE IS JUST TOO GREAT....

Some updates on OPERATION push button... I would say I really had a fun time..

1st day is games day... Due to the constant raining the ground at pasir ris chalet is damn wet so it's gonna get muddy.. BUT GUYS JUST DON'T CARE.....

This is what they call tou pok... Which means everyone stack on top of the person... LIKE the PA DI XIONG...

I was happily watching them getting the feel of the mud at one side...

One of the games we were to look out for one person that have the "supplies" for the game to built something and this guy just look too suspicious

After games we had BBQ and just look at the weather....

On the 2nd night we went to Mac around 12 plus 1... and we got bored and mixed everything up and play a game of the "guess the number" and the loser will taste THIS:

Finally the finale of hot shot the battle between

However quite disappoint with the ending but finally it's a show with more basketball and less love scenario which I like as I am a basketball player...

Other than this show there's one documentary which I watch which might interest man.... Fight Science: Special Ops

Damn cool show they got 3 different test to put the special ops in test..

1st: Ice treatment

As special ops are to work in extreme scenario they put them into test to see if they can perform the same when they are in this extreme temperature.. however the results were amazing it's not according to science...

2nd: Heat Treatment

Desert warfare to test if the person can perform even in the state of dehydration Stunningly he is able to perform even better when he is in normal state. WOW

3rd: Night

Night mode... and they need to identify whether to shoot or not to shoot same for the 1st 2 test... AMAZING the result...

But what amaze me the most is this

Speed... The special ops is so fast that he manage to push the gun away from the fatal zone before the gunner could even react.. It take 0.2 sec for a person to react to situation and he is faster than that.. To test how fast is 0.2 sec try pressing the stop watch start and stop bet you could not even reach that timing... and he landed a punch on the gunner before he could even blink.. WOW...

Today went out with my parents to accompany my mum to search for her new year clothes... So early right? cause the earlier you get the cheaper it's also but wait till Christmas might even be cheaper.. Took MRT down to Bugis and went to eat 1st before we go down... and the bugis market is under construction so went to eat Penang Laksa Woah nice but abit ex for the quantity...

Went pass Lasalle always though the new building was awesome.. and when we reach little India we wanted to go to tekka centre... and we reach...

But Guess what?

It's under construction... Alright... we wasted out trip.. anyway when I was at Bugis there was this auntie who requested me to bring his nephew to the toilet since the female toilet was too crowded and he cannot tahan.. So I brought him in the male toilet and carry him up.. and after seeing a little bit of water coming out I though he still got somemore to let it off.. But after 20 sec of waiting and carrying he started to struggle.. END ALREADY.. alamak he should have told me.. lol so funny... wanted to bring him out but forgot to ask him wash hand.. so pull him back and ask him wash.. DID A GOOD DEED TODAY...

Anyway went to PS to eat and went back home.. Too tired slept in the Train till butt hurts.. too happening these few days.... Nights....

Just came back from a game of basketball... Hmmm at least this time got people to play with compared to last time. Had quite a good sweaty game but a bit violent as well...

Woah... It's getting hot in here... Anyway we got no lighter to light the candles so I ask the waiter to help me light the candles using the "flame thrower" in a joking manner however he say Okay... WOW I was thinking "Die already candle will left half only but they can change the output of the fire SO OKAY... Good job wei cai

Look the cake I like so we sung him a Birthday song cause chien haven come so we decided to sing without him although only 2 person singing but I think it's quite loud and everyone was watching which is good i think...

After we finish Chien reach so we acc him and Terence have to go.. So after we ate we went to play WII Woah... at cine leisure and chien shoot a video of me playing damn unglam.. so don't think will post.. PAY PER VIEW.. Whahahaha....

recently my sister ask me to go out with her.. So I agreed to go out with her since we don't really go out often alone.. so we WENT TO QIAN HU FISH FARM...

My sister... Then we saw one damn cute goldfish that look like humpty dumpty

Cute lah he got the "BUY ME HOME" face... but too expensive and i will make you die cause I don't really know how to keep fish man...

Then my sister saw the LOGOU fish which means drain fish.. 30 min free flow of fish.. But damn hard to catch my sister catch for 10 min only catch one THEN HIS BROTHER BUEY TAHAN LE so decided to help her.. So I Caught alot with the sacrifice of ah ma laughing at me cause I catch till like small kid...

Today Mr Cai is going to teach you how to survive a fall. It proves to be helpful as there is incident where people fall from great height due to extreme sports like mountain climbing or even carelessness.

But izit possible to survive a fall from 10 stories and above... The answer is YES. While most come from luck but there are ways to influence the distribution of impact which increase your chance of survival.

MR CAI WILL TEACH YOU HOW... Firstly wear balloon everyday.. nah tt's nonsense...

Step 1 - Bend your knees having one’s knees bent at impact can reduce the magnitude of impact forces 36-fold. That's what I do everytime when I'm in the toilet so I won't have problem surviving a fall when shitting.

Step 2 - Relax

Eh Hello Mr Cai fall down from so high you still want me to relax you got problem izit?

Eh hello I teaching you how to survive leh you try your body all tense up see you will die or not..

Step 3 - Land Feet first, but landing feet first the impact will be focus on feet and leg. Keep your feet and legs tightly together so that both your feet hit the ground at the same time.

what if my position is head first?

Hmmm.. then see you got master the shaolin TIE TOU GOU (steel head skill) or not if not GOOD LUCK.

Step 4 - Land on the balls of your feet.

Mr cai, My feet got no balls leh...

RAH... GO BUY 2 balls and put..

Step 5 - Try to roll, Make sure you do not roll after you've 'bounced' off the ground once you've landed that's pointless and waste energy only.

Step 6 - Protect your head on the bounce.

Sunday Outing

It's time to update... WOooo.. Okay shall update on what I did on Sunday. Went to meet Wei Jing at Cine at 12pm... Got to know that no people will go town so early one... whahahha.. In the end the shops are not fully open and not much people... However we saw a Carnival at youth park so we decided to go there and take a look....

Quite messy ah got games for charity, games like throwing of balls at target and a girl will drop into the pool, games like sitting on the electric bull and see how long you can tahan.. The host very funny like Hokkien beng... got one guy sit on top of the bull then he say later don't 2 become 1.. whahha which means later 2 balls break 1 become left with 1 ball.... wow very creative lah hokkien people... WHahahhaa Then i saw the ultimate

They party till the fan sia... The fan poor thing like got bondage cannot spin anymore so serve no purpose already.. Due to the hotness and the fan cannot spin we decided to head to somewhere cooler... So we went to HMV and watch

Damn nice that's the life that all guys hope for.. Stood up for quite long actually feel like sitting on the floor and watch one like those children watch cartoon also same pattern BUT I GOT IMAGE so I stand and watch... the feeling like leg step on lemon very sour feeling..

Then went back to cine intro Jing a place where we can have our lunch... I think the place damn nice lah.. No people it's just beside the cinema but dunno why not much people notice it.. Thing people all cock eye one.. LOL... not like me... I pass by 100 times then notice the place..

Soon after lunch we went to taka and they were promoting healthy lifestyle for ladies... there were national netball, aerobic and

Wow damn nice feel like getting one for myself.. feel that it's too expensive so went to marina square cause that place got a model kit store and see whether cheaper or not....

Met up with chien as well.. then proceed to MS... in the end it's still to expensive.. so decided to walk to Arab street as that place got toy wholesaler... Then saw this building I like

The building looks 2D as the building have 3 sides only so I was thinking if the people working there also look 2D... hmmm scary lah then I walk faster... Then we reached... when we step in the wholesale toy shop the aunty told me...

Good place to Chill man as it's on a sunday night not much people the whole cafe only got us as the customer.. then It's like I book the whole cafe for my friends suddenly feel damn rich lah..

Damn nice I ordered the curry seafood, Hmmm I can say the curry is nice, not spicy but sweet.. but only the portion is too little... If double the portion will be good.. Whhahahaha the icy drinks also not bad... Total cost around 50+ close to 60... so one person around 18... but the environment is nice... Then the waiters are friendly... Then went home after that..

Crocodile... my crocodile in order to make it safe to keep as pet I plucked out some of his teeth so he is a bogek

See can even count using 2 of you hands only 8 teeth. It was not easy to pluck out his teeth at the first place he is quite fierce and I got bite quite a few times.

Okay I'm bored.. crocodile leh... Can you be more realistic like keep polar bear?

okay Sunday went to tampiness to play bball... TAMPINESS... wow damn far lah.. was quite lost when I reach the place search for 15 minutes to find the toilet... Then we went to search for the bball court and got lost.. Then I went to ask for direction and guess what I got 2 person pointing to me at 2 opposite direction...

and finally I believe in KARMA.. WHahahhaa...

Hmmm things were quite fun till I got smack in the face, kick on my backside, elbow to my chest. I don't wanna say who lah hor.. then reach home at 11+ almost die...

As F1 is going to start in Singapore Mr Cai is going to give you a few general knowledge about F1 Singapore. 1stly the track that they are going to race on.

Wow wow wow dunno you all can see or not.. If you all cannot see then use magnifying glass okay?

The track is 5067km long, 61 laps and the lights have 110km of cable... WOW so long can tie myself with it dunno how many rounds. one light every 4 metre.. SO KIASU whahahha... max speed is 300 kph and min speed is 80kph POLICE WON'T CATCH U..

Okay let's us take a look at what's inside a F1 car.

1stly the engine tuning-fork of 19,000rpm, 8 cylinder, 90 degree vee 056 engine with a capacity of 2.398litres. cost of engine $US 350,000 WOW can buy my house still got change ah. although I dunno what it means the wat vee 056 engine it must be good lah...

transmission - 7 speed, semi automatic, dual clutch gearbox. It makes up to 12,000 change before they replace it. Usually 4 races at a price of $200,000 WOW also can buy my house lah...

Recently saw in the papers that there this sibling who use pliers and forcefully remove the front 2 teeth from the maid and pouring hot wax... Wow.. and she's 17 years old at the time of offence. Okay some interesting news for the south east Asia Longest underground tunnel. Which is the latest KPE tunnel. remember in the movies where there explosion in the tunnel?

BOOM.. in order to prevent this there's quite a number of prevention method.

70km/h - Strongly enforce by 10 speed cameras and they are very strict on this. So don't drive fast BE CAREFUL.

Entrance Barrier - These barriers will come down on slip road to prevent more vehicle from coming into the tunnel. WOW.

No tall vehicle and hazardous cargo - ah.. I can't bring my pet giraffe along then..

188 detection cameras and A fibre-optic heat detection system - detection camera will allow officers to know what's happening in the tunnel control station in Airport Road. and a heat detection to sense changes in temperature.. To check whether got ghost or not also =x Eh wah scary lah...
